Upper Michigan
A modern facility designed to support growth, efficiency, and long-term service.
Fabick Cat opened a new 100,000 sq ft facility in De Pere (Town of Lawrence), WI, located on 23 acres along Interstate 41 in 2025. This new building and site replaced the 60+ year old location that previously served the area. The new facility features expanded service bays, modern, improved operational efficiency, and an improved showroom.
Part of this project occurred during the winter months. In order to keep the project schedule moving forward, we needed to install our product during cold temperatures or when rain and/or ice was present. There was a lot of pre-heating materials before application and temporarily covering walls to ensure the product didn’t freeze or wash off of the wall entirely.
