Purpose-built spaces supporting healing, mobility, and patient confidence.
The ThedaCare North Appleton project, formally known as the ThedaCare Orthopedic, Spine and Pain Center (OSP), opened in 2022. The project featured a warm-therapy pool, a simulation apartment to allow patients and families to prepare for life post-discharge, private recovery rooms, a restaurant and heated discharge area where patients leave the hospital. It is visible from the Interstate 41 corridor running through the Fox Valley, and is a beautiful addition to the city’s landscape.
This project carried a very fast construction schedule. That aggressive schedule, coupled with the amount of changes that were incorporated into the project caused a lot of challenges throughout the build.
