Purpose-built spaces delivering flexibility, functionality, and student-centered design.
The new 460,000-square-foot Neenah High School in Fox Crossing, WI, opened for the 2023-24 school year. The facility features a 220-acre campus with modern, flexible learning spaces, a 3,100-capacity competition gym, an 800-seat auditorium, and extensive Career and Technical Education (CTE) areas. Other key features: A “Spirit Concourse” acting as a central hub for students, a 4-court practice gym, a 2-court competition gym, a dedicated wrestling room, a black box theater, and an atrium with a capacity for 600 students.
At the time, Neenah High School was the single largest multi-scope contract ALC had ever performed. It required a lot of planning at both the management and field levels to ensure proper project flow and manpower management, as well as procuring long lead time, custom-made materials to incorporate into the project on time and on budget.
